AmeriCare Home Health Group provides
a complete range of home health services that include skilled nursing, physical/ occupational and speech therapies, home health
aides, and medical social work. We are among the few home health agencies nationwide that provide
home tele-health services. We serve fifteen counties in northwest Ohio through offices located in Toledo, Defiance, Bryan, Fremont and Findlay, Ohio. For other

A nurse is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, for each office location.
The Group was initiated in December of 2001 having
acquired a home health agency that had offices in and served the communities of Defiance and Bryan, Ohio. The initial certification
of the first home health agency was in 1984.
The Group has more than 25 years experience
in delivering quality and comprehensive home health services.
